Are you an experienced Personal Assistant with a passion for supporting senior executives in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the Chief Executive and Office Bearers. You will also play a key role in organising events, supporting HR processes, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's and Office Bearers' calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
- Coordinate Board and Executive committee meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Act as the first point of contact, handling communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Support HR recruitment and employee-related processes, including maintaining confidential records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PA, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
