Join a boutique commercial law firm as a Litigation Paralegal and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional legal services. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation.
We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to assist with a document review exercise for an ongoing litigation case. The role is specifically tailored to document review tasks, ensuring that the scope of work remains focused and manageable.
Key Responsibilities:- Document Analysis: Review and analyse a large volume of documents to identify key information relevant to current litigation cases. This includes categorising documents, highlighting important details, and noting potential legal issues.
- Data Extraction: Extract pertinent data from documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. This may involve identifying specific clauses, dates, names, and other critical information that could impact the case.
- Organising Documents: Systematically organise documents based on their relevance and significance to the case. This includes creating and maintaining an organised system for easy retrieval and reference by the legal team.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection at all times. Ensure that sensitive information is handled appropriately and securely.
- Reporting: Where appropriate, prepare detailed reports summarising findings from the document review. Highlight key points, potential evidence, and areas that may require further investigation or clarification.
