This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Commercial Property Paralegal. You will support and work closely with Solicitors within the firm’s busy Commercial Property team. The role will require the successful candidate to be involved in a broad range of matters such as leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, undertaking necessary searches, drafting, and approving leases, exchanges, and completion/post-completion related correspondence.
Applications are welcome from experienced and passionate Commercial Property Paralegals. You should have gained a minimum of 1 year’s experience of working within a similar role. Our client is looking for a paralegal that is highly organised and has a passion for Commercial Property law. You should be confident, outgoing, and proactive. This role is an excellent opportunity and will provide the successful Paralegal with the chance to gain valuable experience from talented professionals in commercial law.
