Your future in our Braunton practice: Joining a busy 4 surgery practice. The practice offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments including Clear Correct, Implants and Teeth Whitening with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further. Nearby local parking available.

Up to £32k starting salary (full-time equivalent) depending on experience. Holidays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays). Your future, your role: As a Practice Manager, you’ll be: Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets. Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship. Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators. Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions. You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.
