The project:
- Envision strategy and approach to master data entities need to be defined.
- Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant Product, Vendor domain (STIBO).
- Engaged over Digital transformation for Product and customer domain from a PIM and supplier master standpoint.
- Delivered overarching solution architecture for transition and end state for Travis Perkins and its business units for STEP PIM (SAAS) implementation.
- Optimising Data governance and improving data quality (Matching, merging/linking and survivorship).
- Established data cleansing and migration strategy.
- Designed the template and delivered master data dictionary for STEP PIM implementation (Data Model, Business Rules, PIM Hierarchies).
- Business process optimization for product and party onboarding.
- Consulted for transforming business processes and realizing transformed processes through STIBO STEP.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in Vendor/supplier implementation with STIBO STEP.
- Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts.
- Provide required status updates on assigned work, daily, weekly or both as needed.
- Provide guidance to the team with the objective of maintaining effectiveness in data organization and maintenance activities within the limits of client requirements and Cognizant.
- Provide technical guidance to the team to identify the specific master data related parameters.
- Validate the identified parameters and seek sign-off from the customer on the same.
- Work with business and client IT stakeholders to address the required master data recommendations and best practices.
