The Role As the Client Accountant Team Leader , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team and managing a portfolio of PSC and SME accounts. You will lead by example, offering technical support and guidance to your team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting services to clients. This role is perfect for someone with experience in managing teams and accounts who is looking to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four accountants, ensuring they meet both individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of work. Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of PSC and SME clients, overseeing their accounts and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering advice and support on a range of accounting and tax matters. Technical Support: Provide guidance and support to your team on technical accounting issues, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies within the team.
