KPMG’s Legal Operations and Transformation Services (LOTS) team is a priority growth area for KPMG with significant investment plans and big growth ambitions. One of our key services is Contract Management Transformation, where we help clients to drive cost efficiencies, minimise risk and maximise contract performance across the enterprise through the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology platforms.
We are looking for talented Contracting Consultants to join us in growing the Contract Management Transformation practice within LOTS, by helping our clients adapt and make the most of technological advances to help them better manage their contracts. You will be responsible for leading, scoping, design, development and implementation activities across multiple client projects to deliver leading contract management solutions.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Lead client workshops to gather requirements
- Co-ordinate the technical delivery of a portfolio of contract management projects
- Define technical solutions at an architectural and design level of detail
- Manage process mapping and improvement opportunities
- Manage client communications and project management
- Continuous growth of knowledge around CLM technologies
- Ability to establish deep and lasting relationships with clients and team members
- Support the Contract Management Transformation presales opportunity lifecycle
- Contribute to the development of KPMG’s Contract Management Transformation service roadmap
- Ensure the project delivery team complies with KPMG solution architecture standards and frameworks
- Operate as a member of the wider KPMG community, sharing knowledge across functions
Preferred experience:
- Extensive experience in consulting / professional services and end client delivery
- Experience in contracting or contract management
- Experience of leading offshore development teams
- Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches
- Experience of agile and traditional software and project methodologies
- Able to communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear
- Strong negotiator, influencer and team player
- Passionate about areas of expertise, managing your own development
Desirable experience:
- A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on CLM platforms
- Experience of delivering technology projects on one or more CLM technologies
- Certified in PRINCE2 / PMP / equivalent
