Our client in Horsham requires a Facilities Assistant responsible for providing mail, courier, porterage, and meeting room set up support to the department. The ideal candidate will be an organised individual with excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a similar role involving lifting and shifting packages.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Responsible for MFD and MPS related issues on site and report
- Loading bay, goods in/out and car park management
- Porterage services and furniture moves
- Reporting building and electrical faults and faulty furniture
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
- Check signage is current and in good condition
- Resolve any client queries speedily and efficiently
