This could be your next opportunity… Our client is a long-standing firm in the rural surveying world and is looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join their growing Rural Valuations team in Oxford, with over 45 rural valuers in the expanding national team. Ideally with a couple of years post qualification experience, you are likely to be looking for your next step.

No two days will be the same. You’ll work with a diverse portfolio delivering on both national and regional rural asset portfolios. You’ll be working with a range of agricultural land, farms, equestrian property, landed estates and country houses for a wide range of purposes.

You’ll work alongside the Head of Rural Valuation but also be expected to work independently on the varied workload. Creating rapport with existing clients is fundamental in this role, as is developing new relationships and work-streams. Other work will include valuations for loan security, expert witness and tax and financial reporting purposes.

Our client is looking for an individual who actively seeks out continuous self-development and is keen to broaden their knowledge and experience. You’ll participate in the ongoing development of a successful business in line with the firm’s vision.
