IT Vendor Manager – London – Hybrid – £75 – £85,000 pa
We are looking for an experience IT Vendor Manager to join our Professional Services client in London on a permanent basis.
This is a very exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and take ownership of building their IT Vendor Management function from the ground up. This will include building a team over coming years.
The Vendor Manager will focus on managing the entire vendor lifecycle from initial relationships, selection and contract negotiation to performance evaluation.
They will also look at Vendor compliance and risk as well as Vendor Audits.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office per week and some travel over the course of the year.
Experience Required:
- Over 5 years’ experience in IT Vendor Management.
- Experience working with large IT Suppliers.
- Knowledge of software and hardware compliance processes.
- Experience working with global vendors and associated international regulations.
- Experience using various Vendor Management Systems.
- Experience in Vendor Performance Monitoring
- Experience in Vendor Selection and Evaluation.
- Must have strong negotiation skills and excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with renewals and renegotiations
- Experience with Vendor compliance and Risk
- Experience providing Vendor Reporting & Documentation
- Experience with ITIL is Desirable
