This is a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant who enjoys working within a demanding, diverse, and challenging environment with a great team of professionals.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative and customer service support for a Service Manager and a Project Manager.
  • Fielding incoming telephone calls and liaising with clients, suppliers, and field-based personnel.
  • Managing any escalated customer service issues that occur and investigating and resolving matters.
  • Maintaining project files for new installations, updating the computer system, and tracking the progress of work.
  • Collating relevant documentation for installations, e.g., H&S files, Contractor agreements, and price lists.
  • Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
