Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and customer service support for a Service Manager and a Project Manager
- Fielding incoming telephone calls and liaising with clients, suppliers and field based personnel
- Managing any escalated customer service issues that occur and investigating and resolving matters
- Maintaining project files for new installations, updating computer system and tracking progress of work
- Collating relevant documentation for installations ie H&S files, Contractor agreements and price lists
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and presentations
