Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership near Harlow, has the requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their established workshop team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
  • Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements (depending on skill level)
  • In-depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics (depending on skill level)
  • Warranty Repairs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
  • 1+ year Post Apprenticeship experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

  • Manufacturer or IMI Accreditations / Qualifications
  • Franchised Dealer Experience
  • MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7) - If not, you will be helped to qualify

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary of up to £32,000 depending on skill/experience
  • On Target Earnings of £38,000 - uncapped
  • Paid Overtime
  • Manufacturer Training
  • Great benefits package

Working Hours:

8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Saturday mornings 1:3 on rota
