Access Talent Group is partnering with a growing consultancy in Belfast that is seeking a BIM Modeller to join their dynamic team. In this role you would be expected to:
- Develop and maintain BIM models for various infrastructure and building projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated design solutions.
- Prepare and manage 3D models, drawings, and documentation using Revit and other BIM software.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local authority requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, with proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with BIM standards and processes.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
