Job Description
- Take ownership of a section within our busy production kitchen
- Prepare and cook dishes with pride; ensuring they are made to exact specifications
- Work closely with the kitchen brigade, maintaining an inclusive team environment
- Using your culinary knowledge to ensure the quality levels remain at our high standards
- Partner with the Sous Chefs, helping them with any given duties in kitchen management
- Delegate responsibilities to Kitchen Helpers, giving them your knowledge to assist in their development
- Play an active role in keeping your section and the whole kitchen environment up to a high level of kitchen hygiene
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Chef De Partie working on multiple sections
- Airline catering would be fantastic, although not essential
- Confident working in busy, fast paced culinary environments
- Ambitious and motivated to produce high quality dishes
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Confident working in a team
- Flexibility in regards to your work availability is essential, as the Production Kitchen operates 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Right to work in the UK
