This company is a pioneer in luxury interior design, producing high-end, quality specification products for installation in customers\’ homes. An appreciation for craftsmanship and an excellent finish are key for this role.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Field Installation Manager to oversee and support the installation process across client sites, ensuring excellence at every stage—from measurement and planning to fitting and final payment.

What You’ll Do:

1. Accurately measure and assess on-site areas to ensure perfect door and frame fitting.
2. Liaise directly with clients to confirm work details, agree on any changes, and manage expectations.
3. Evaluate site access and installation viability, recommending action plans or rejections where necessary.
4. Coordinate with the sales team, providing feedback and support as needed.
5. Conduct safety checks and ensure all installations meet company specifications.
6. Manage fitting teams, monitor vehicle and equipment standards, and maintain oversight until final job completion.
7. Support with payment collection and documentation, ensuring client satisfaction and timely closure.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in fitted furniture or door installation.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• A full driving licence and flexibility to travel.
