About the role:

Kent is seeking an Electrical Control & Instrument Engineer to join our Engineering & Consulting team. You will work on diverse projects within the Oil and Gas, Offshore Wind, and Low Carbon sectors, providing technical support and contributing to project deliverables.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing EC&I technical input for concept, pre-FEED, and FEED projects.
• Preparing and reviewing project documentation.
• Collaborating with other disciplines and representing the company in client meetings.
• Liaising with vendors and contributing to bids and proposals.

Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Instrument and Control or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Chartered status or working towards it is advantageous.
• Experience in controls & instrumentation, with some electrical experience preferred.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries is preferred.

Skills and qualities:

• Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
• Understanding of industry codes and standards.
• Ability to produce and review technical documentation.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, reliable, and professional.
