Position Summary: This role supports the production of medical devices, involving technical and administrative duties related to electro-mechanical test equipment within a cGMP environment, with proper documentation. Responsibilities Key Accountabilities & Essential Functions: Perform repair and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems using diagnostic tools. Follow specifications, schematics, and instructions. Collaborate with production staff to diagnose failures and identify root causes. Analyze failure trends and implement process improvements. Adjust processes to support production needs. Research, purchase, and maintain parts and tools. Develop fixtures and modify existing equipment. Perform and document preventive maintenance. Provide technical input to the team leader. Ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Maintain work area and equipment reliability. Skills & Capabilities: Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics; operate a multimeter. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, PLCs, and hardware control. Root cause analysis skills. Ability to work with urgency in a production environment. Qualifications Minimum Knowledge & Experience: High school diploma plus 5 years’ experience or vocational diploma with 3-5 years’ experience in electro-mechanical work. Additional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. English as primary language. International Mobility & Travel: No international mobility or travel required.
