The role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to head-up our commercial team of QS’s. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all commercial aspects of our projects and be responsible for ensuring the profitability, efficiency, and contractual compliance from inception through to completion. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and keen negotiation skills to work with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
