The Role

As a Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing senior-level executive search assignments within the technology space
• Cultivating and expanding client relationships through business development and industry engagement
• Mentoring and guiding junior consultants and researchers to ensure delivery excellence
• Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the firm’s technology practice

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in retained executive search, with a focus on the technology sector
• A proven ability to win and deliver complex mandates across tech sub-sectors (e.g. SaaS, FinTech, AI, Digital Transformation)
• Strong network of senior technology executives and decision-makers

Compensation

• Base salary up to £150,000 (depending on experience)
