We are looking for four Revenue Controllers to join a forward-thinking professional services group with multiple business divisions. These are influential roles within a collaborative finance function, where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance and improve financial outcomes across the business.

Locations: You’ll be based in or within commuting distance of one of the following offices: Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Reading or London (St Paul’s).

Travel: 2–4 days per month travel to Birmingham will be required. All travel expenses are fully covered.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with fee-earning teams to enhance profitability and improve working capital performance
  • Leading regular WIP and billing review meetings with Matter Managers
  • Supporting tasks including write-offs, dormant closures, and reassignment of work
  • Collaborating with the wider finance team to monitor KPIs and improve financial reporting
  • Supporting credit control and working to improve cash collection
  • Acting as a key point of contact for finance queries from stakeholders across the business
  • Helping shape the strategic direction of the Revenue Controller function

  • Experience in a similar revenue or WIP finance role, ideally within legal or professional services
  • Strong track record of business partnering with non-financial stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a data-led and commercial mindset
  • Confident communicator able to engage with senior leaders across different functions
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player who also thrives working independently
