Are you a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and qualified vehicle technician/fitter with experience in a commercial workshop and holding an LGV licence? Do you excel at record keeping and systems, and possess good experience and knowledge? Are you adept at managing staff and workloads efficiently?
Grade: SC6 - £28,391 (plus Market Supplement of £6254, reviewed yearly)
Hours: 37 plus 3 hours contracted overtime per week
Contract: Permanent
Base: Newhaven, East Sussex
We operate a mixed fleet of LGV and light vehicles, along with some specialist equipment. Our facilities are excellent, and we offer good training opportunities within a small dedicated team with years of experience.
If you hold a City and Guilds certificate (or equivalent), have a proven record in the repair, maintenance, and MOT preparation of vehicles, and can achieve high standards in good time, we would like to hear from you.
Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems and the use of welding equipment would be advantageous.
