Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Mathematics or related field
- Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Maths at the secondary level
- Demonstrated track record of student achievement and progress
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum and teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
