About the Role - This is a fixed term contract ending 1st September 2024. Our Butlin's resort in Bognor Regis is recruiting for a Sports & Activities Coach to come and join them in the Sports Department. Working at Butlin's as part of our Sports team means being part of a big-hearted team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday. Typical working hours cover 24 hours per week, five days over seven, with shifts between 8.30am - 9pm. You will be running sessions for our guests from pottery painting, football, archery, mini golf and working in our Leisure Hub.
About You: We are looking for someone who likes to work as part of a team, is comfortable and confident to talk to our guests and enjoys working in a busy environment and can dial up the energy when it’s required. You should have a positive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude with a passion for delivering a high level of service and will always strive to exceed the guest’s expectations.
The ideal person will preferably have FA Level 1, Archery GB ERCA and High Ropes qualifications; however, full training can be provided for someone with a creative and outgoing personality, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills partnered with a fundamental interest in sports coaching. This job role requires you to be over the age of 18.
