Little Sunflowers Child Care is a family owned, and family run 20 – 25 child day nursery and a 36 child breakfast and afterschool club.

Start: ASAP

Hours: 8:00 to 8:45 am & 3:00 to 6:00 pm TERM TIME

Duration: Perm

As a breakfast/afterschool play lead, you will be working with young children aged 3- to 5-year-olds.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Helping prepare breakfast for the children and tidying away
  • Welcome children into the setting each morning
  • Escorting the children to school promptly
  • Pick up children from school and escort back to setting
  • Set up room for the children
  • Other adhoc tasks in relation to the daily running of the nursery
  • Lead activities

Salary & Benefits:

Hourly pay is a minimum of £11.50 per hour, which will be open to increase depending on probation period.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
  • Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
