About Drumdarroch Care Home
Located in the heart of rural Aberdeenshire, just off the A96, Drumdarroch House Care Home is a one storey, purpose-built care facility with a homely atmosphere. The home is divided into two wings providing care to a total of 41 clients.
The Role
- Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals, as and when required.
- Provide for special dietary requirements where necessary, and take into account the preferences of individual Residents.
- Liaise with the Home Manager when planning / costing menus in order to provide a balanced nutritious diet, making the best use of available fresh foods.
- Maintain accurate records as required by Priority Care and Statutory Bodies.
- Ensure statutory Health and Safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas are met.
