To be considered for this position, you must hold a valid clean UK driving license. We are seeking someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills and is willing to learn about sampling and laboratory operations/standards for petroleum products.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Sampler Driver will collect and courier samples to and from the Caleb Brett offices in the southeast daily. The role is based around collecting petrochemical samples in a field-based capacity. Once you have collected the samples, you will need to log and store them individually as well as deliver them to a laboratory.
Key Activities:
- Carrying out sampling duties using approved techniques as directed
- Carrying out testing of required samples using approved techniques as directed
- Travelling to and from client/Intertek facilities as required and collecting/transporting samples in compliance with road traffic regulations, back to the required locations.
- Completing daily vehicle condition sheets
- Completing fleet sample collection logs
- Assisting in maintaining sample retention stores in good working order
The standard working pattern for this role will be Monday to Friday 06:00 β 18:00, split between two staff on rotation, with the requirement to work overtime occasionally.
