We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day banking operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with basic banking services, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Support the branch with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Promote and assist with bank products and services such as savings accounts, loans, and online banking.

- Process cheques, drafts, and other standard banking instruments.
