Job Title: Support Service Manager Location: Elizabeth House, Perth Ave Leicester LE3 6QR Rate of pay: £31,200 per annum Shift Pattern: 40 hrs a week Information about the role: As a Support Service Manager at Elizabeth House you will organise and oversee daily operations of the following staff teams: – · Catering – will ensure high standards within the kitchen environment and liase with the chef on standards, food prep and take over when the chef is off sick. . Create and maintain cooking and cleaning regimes (daily, weekly, periodically etc) for all areas of the kitchen in line with the Company’s quality philosophy. EHO, Better Food Safer Business. · Housekeeping – ensure all aspects of housekeeping and hygiene are at high standards including ordering equipment, stock and supplies. Making sure all checks are carried out and documented effectively . Ensure the laundry is working effectively at all times · Maintenance Responsible for coordinating the functions within these teams to ensure standards are met and the highest quality services are delivered achieving maximum efficiency and effective coordination between all departments of the hospital maintaining a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. · Through the Maintenance Supervisor ensure all routine maintenance work and general repair work is carried out in a timely manner General · Manage staff accommodation …
