About the role
This is a rapidly growing area with plenty of opportunities to apply your skills and experience. Your work may involve delivering solutions for key projects, participating in various project stages such as discovery, build, training, UAT support, or post go-live warranty, and transferring support to our internal team.
We seek individuals with consultancy expertise within the Microsoft stack (specifically Dynamics CE) who can lead projects from requirements gathering to deployment, managing client expectations alongside a project manager.
Your responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable solutions based on Microsoft and SmartImpact best practices.
- Manage requirements via Azure DevOps from SmartImpact\’s perspective.
- Create high-quality design documentation and functional specifications.
- Lead workshops and meetings to explain technical solutions to clients.
- Customize and develop product solutions, utilizing low code/no code approaches when appropriate.
- Take the lead on customization and configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with developers on custom development involving plugins or third-party products.
- Ensure quality assurance through testing and contribute to risk mitigation.
- Support clients during deployment and complete handover documentation.
Requirements
- Experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics CE, including upgrades.
- Exposure to PowerApps, Flows, Canvas Apps, Power BI, and Azure.
- Knowledge of Azure/DevOps in project delivery.
- Strong communication skills to manage client expectations.
- Experience in requirements gathering and business process mapping.
- Ability to create detailed functional specifications.
- Proven success in implementing technological solutions.
