The opportunity: Are you ready to make a real impact? Join our Casualty Claims team, an essential part of our UK General Insurance business! Our Casualty Claims function is the largest department and plays a crucial role in delivering efficient, professional, and empathetic service to our Zurich Municipal customers. As an experienced Claims Handler, you’ll be at the forefront, providing top-notch, customer-focused service. When our customers face stressful situations, they’ll rely on your expertise and quick thinking to provide the support they need. Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.
What will you be doing?
- Customer Champion - Promptly handle and positively resolve all enquiries from customers and external contacts to deliver a focused and exceptional claims service.
- Claims Resolution Expert - Review, resolve, and proactively finalize claims within your authority limits, ensuring optimal settlements with business implications in mind.

Who are we looking for?
