As a Disability Assessor, you will play a crucial role in interviewing claimants to understand the challenges they face. By completing thorough assessments and examinations via telephone, video call, or face-to-face means, you will assess how our claimants' disability/condition/illness impacts their functional ability on daily activities in a respectful, non-biased, and reassuring manner.
With proven experience of working within a medical background you will:
- Analyse information critically to create accurate and concise reports.
- Interpret clinical information and evidence.
- Maintain professional standards in written communication and adherence to code of conduct.
- Provide positive experiences for claimants and colleagues, meeting quality and productivity targets.
