Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced professional to join their team in Abingdon. This is a varied role, offering the opportunity to work assisting different trades.
Duties include:
- Basic Caretaker tasks
- Health & Safety onsite
- Escorting subcontractors
- Stock checks and ordering of materials

Role Overview:
- Basic salary: £28,500
- Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
- 25 Shift Days AL + Bank Holidays

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform general handyman duties, including minor repairs and carpentry tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Escort and supervise subcontractors onsite when required.
- Participate in additional tasks such as decorative work or other maintenance as needed.
