We’re looking for an amazing PPA Assistant to join our Audit team. This role works within our Warehouse to ensure the accuracy of stock leaving the warehouse to stores and customers, and to support audits on Warehouse operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Responsible for Post Pick Accuracy (PPA) checks on Retail picks and Online orders based on a fixed store schedule and random selections.
- Ensure PPA checks are in line with Retail Operating Standards (ROS) guidelines.
- Use the PPA Dashboard to identify trends/patterns in picking errors and provide feedback to the Warehouse management team.
- Agree audit plan and frequency with Inventory Manager and keep accurate records of checks and findings.
- Conduct random audit checks on ‘Goods-In’ deliveries and pick location bays.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience of warehouse processes is an advantage.
- Able to work well individually or as part of a team.
- Ability to work accurately and methodically.
- Good numeracy and IT skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Be physically fit (this role requires lifting, pushing/pulling, climbing stairs & being on your feet for long periods).
