Our Care Team Leaders provide direction, leadership, and hands-on support to our carers, ensuring that residents receive personalised care that meets their needs. They model the behaviours and values we hold in high regard, making sure our residents receive the best possible care.
As a leader, you will manage a small team of staff, ensuring that they follow the best practices. You will conduct regular one-on-ones and appraisals to help support and develop their career path.
Your role is essential in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our new residents and their loved ones. You will create initial personalised care plans, administer medication, undertake daily observations of all residents, identify changes in needs, and take appropriate action where necessary. It’s important to ensure that all records are up-to-date, and care plans reflect each resident's needs continuously.

About the Home: Part of a large charitable organisation, Shannon Court provides residential care and residential dementia support for up to 53 residents with permanent care or short-stay respite breaks. Our in-house Training Manager is here to guide you through your induction programme, and our learning and development team is dedicated to helping you flourish and advance your career. We want you to feel confident and empowered to make the most of each day with us.
Location: Shannon Court, Shannon Court Road, Hindhead, GU26 6DA. Set in nine acres of woodland, Shannon Court is a beautifully renovated Edwardian country home, situated in the picturesque village of Hindhead in Surrey. There is free parking on site.
