Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team in Rochdale. The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting goods to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner. We have both morning and evening shifts available.
Responsibilities:
- Transport goods to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner
- Ensure that all deliveries are made on time
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained
- Report any issues or problems with the vehicle to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth delivery of goods
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving transport vehicles
- A valid driving license and a clean driving record
- Good knowledge of the local roads and traffic laws
