As a Band 8A Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications across the organisation. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Band 8A Pharmacist to join their dynamic pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen chemotherapy prescriptions and check chemotherapy, oncology ward cover.
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure the safe prescribing and administration of medicines.
