Our Regional Facilities Support Hosts leave all guests and colleagues with a positive and lasting impression of NatWest and our offices. The role of the Regional Host is to ensure that the highest level of customer care and service is provided in our smaller Regional offices. This includes but is not limited to employees, colleagues, and visitors.
Hours: Mon - Fri 08.00-17.00 (40 hrs)
Salary: £32,750
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously. Previous experience in a customer service role or front of house role is essential.
