Operations Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to announce we are working with a global manufacturer of aerospace components to recruit an Operations Manager based at their site in Nottingham. Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 10% bonus 3% / 6% pension Monday – Friday days based but must be flexible to cover shifts when required We are looking for experienced Operations Manager with a background in complex manufacturing who can bring the below skills: Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies Demonstrated ability to manage production teams and large-scale manufacturing operations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Experience in leading large-scale projects and a strong focus on potential growth and development If this role sounds of interest please contact Emma Bartholomew or Anna Morgan for further details.
