A leading High Street supplier to River Island, ASOS and Primark is looking for a Buying Admin Assistant to join their expanding team! You will naturally show a passion for high street fashion with an understanding of current trends. A great role for a graduate with some production or buying experience in a fashion retail or wholesale head office.
Key responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support
- Managing critical path, ensuring smooth running from initial order to delivery
- To initiate costings and understand procedures
- To follow up fit comments and action costings where required
- To send bulk submissions to customers, follow up approvals and production sample approvals
Requirements:
- Preferable completed a Fashion related Course/Degree
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, co-ordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
