PA / Home carers required to care for a wonderful lady in her own home. This is a part-time position of approximately between 25 & 30 hours per week over a six-day period pro rata. Applicants must be able to commit to every other Saturday and a mix of mornings and evenings. Experience is desired but not essential, full training will be given as you will be using a wheelchair and using a hoist for all transfers.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Full personal care, including bathing and dressing.
  • Light housekeeping.
  • Physio exercises in accordance with a set plan.
  • Supporting with arts, crafts & other gentle activities.
  • Trips out.
  • Accompanying the client on holidays (extra payment).

You will be:

  • Kind, empathetic & approachable.

  • Holding a full driving licence & confident to drive a large adapted vehicle.
  • Flexible & adaptable; some overtime (paid) will be required from time to time.
