Applications are invited from motivated individuals to undertake duties as a kitchen assistant, assisting with the school meal service at Kirkwall Grammar School.
Duties include:
- Serving meals
- Basic food preparation and cooking
- Operating the till
- Setting up and clearing down the dining area
- Washing up and cleaning
You must hold an Elementary Food Hygiene Qualification or equivalent.
You should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in respect of regulated work with children.
