We at Notaro Care Homes are searching for a thorough and organised, natural leader to join our wonderful team at Immacolata House Dementia Nursing Home. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, in line with Infection Control and Health and Safety guidelines.
THE ROLE- Leading by example, you will oversee the Housekeeping Team; organising staff allocation, new staff inductions and staff supervisions.
- You will ensure staff are familiar with relevant legislation and aware of their responsibilities during an outbreak.
- Completing 4 weekly duty rotas for the Housekeeping Team, ensuring the home is adequately staffed.
- Ensuring the Housekeeping Team have appropriate cleaning materials.
- Consulting with residents on a regular basis to ensure their needs and choices are being met.
- Auditing the home, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout and keeping records of this.
- General cleaning of designated areas of the home.
- Reporting repairs as necessary.
- Comprehensive induction and training.
