About the role
Our Food and Beverage department is a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistants work across the premium lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the terminal. The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Serving customers at their table and at the till point.
- Preparing hot and cold beverages.
- Preparing some hot food items and delivering them to customers' tables.
- Responsible for stock rotation and replenishment.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
- Supporting with stock deliveries.
- Working with my team and colleagues from other departments to consistently deliver exemplary service.
- Embodying the Airport's ‘One Team’ culture and undertaking other activities to support the needs of the business.
- Being available to work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To undertake this role, you should possess the following skills:
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge in Food Safety.
