Domestic Appliance Engineer – Self-Employed, South West London

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Domestic Appliance Engineer to work in Partnership with Pacifica. This role is exclusively focused on servicing a high-end brand, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance and is on a self-employed basis, serving customers primarily around the SE and SW postcode areas, along with CR and BR areas. You will play a crucial role in upholding the exceptional standards of service our clients expect.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provided with the latest tools and equipment
2. A tablet running our field service applications
3. Daily planned service jobs
4. FOC Uniform and PPE
5. Field support & Office support teams
6. Full Induction
7. FOC spare parts that are delivered to a local collection point

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years experience in repairing and maintaining domestic appliances in a field based capacity, with up to date working knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, cookers, and refrigeration (upskilling in refrigeration system repairs can be provided if required).
2. Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Commitment to maintaining Pacifica\’s high standards of service and professionalism.
5. Full valid Driving Licence and own van.
