About the Role: As a Case Manager REP, you'll play a crucial role in helping participants overcome barriers and develop the skills needed for job readiness. You'll work closely with individuals of all abilities, providing coaching, support, and personalized development plans. Your mission? To guide your caseload toward secure, long-term employment or training opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Build Relationships: Establish rapport and create a supportive environment for participants.
- Manage Caseloads: Ensure effective contractual activity based on job readiness levels.
- Empower Participants: Address personal and contextual constraints, boost confidence, and prepare them for employment.
- Deliver Support: Provide job search guidance, CV writing assistance, and interview skills coaching.
- Connect with Stakeholders: Collaborate with employers, job centre teams, and local authorities.
- Maintain Quality: Adhere to customer service standards and keep accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-focused, results-driven environments.
- Familiarity with welfare-to-work dynamics.
- Knowledge of engagement techniques and the local labour market.
- IT proficiency (PICS, Maytas).
- Level 3 IAG qualifications (completed or in progress).
- Bonus: Proficiency in Arabic, Pushto, or Dari.

Additional Information
- Salary: £29,500 per annum depending on experience
- Location: Leicester Office
- Contract: Permanent - Full Time
- Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
