The predicted salary is between 22308 - 30000 £ per year.

Location: Newcastle, NE12 8BU

Salary: Starting at national living wage (£22,308), can achieve £27,000 - £30,000 with on track earnings

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Patterns: 7.5 hr shifts between 9am to 5:30pm, Monday – Friday

Holidays: 29 days holidays (increases to 31 days after 12 months’ service) including bank holidays.

Verisure Services are looking for an Alliances Front Office Coordinator to join our Newcastle team in Quorum Business Park. Verisure is the leading European provider of professionally monitored security systems with 24/7 response services. We protect over 5.1 million families and small businesses across 17 countries in Europe and Latin America. Our mission is to provide our customers peace of mind by protecting what matters most to them.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service within the Alliances team
  • Speak to customers over the phone
  • Establish and build rapport developing great customer service
  • Dial customers to arrange their installation appointment over the phone (outbound campaign)
  • Answer customers’ queries
  • Update information in our customers’ records
  • Deal with Alliances customer questions and queries effectively
  • Coordinate with other Verisure departments regarding Alliance customers (for example, the Backoffice team or Customer Services team)

Skills & Experience:

  • You have previous call centre, customer service or sales experience in a B2C environment
  • You are self-confident, customer-focused, and a results-oriented person
  • Excellent written communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills
