At Brighton Met, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team at our Central Brighton Campus. This site has recently benefited from a 16-million-pound reinvestment, and we are proud to offer our school leavers, apprentices, and adult learners cutting-edge facilities in the heart of the City.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can support the administration team to deliver an outstanding service for staff, students, and our external partners. We are offering an interesting and rewarding experience within a busy Further Education College and opportunities for you to develop your skills as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of office/finance administration
  • IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and lead a small team
