About the Company:

I’m working with an exciting, rapidly growing fintech startup currently in stealth mode. They are developing innovative technology solutions that have the potential to disrupt the financial services industry. We are now looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about building groundbreaking products and scaling engineering teams in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical vision and strategy of the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Build, scale, and manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to define and execute the product roadmap.
  • Oversee the architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
  • Act as a mentor to engineering managers and senior developers, providing guidance and leadership to grow their careers.
  • Drive the recruitment process for engineering talent, ensuring the team expands with the best talent available.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technical leadership role, ideally in a fintech or startup environment.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling engineering teams and building high-performing technical organizations.
  • Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in fintech, and a passion for innovation in the financial services space.
  • Track record of delivering complex, mission-critical technology projects.
  • Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and supporting the company through growth stages is a plus.
