About this opportunity:
Join us as a Junior RAN Optimization Engineer Intern and be a part of international team!
We are looking for students of last year of studies who will join our team in Warsaw. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to analyze counters and KPIs, make traces, test new functionalities, verify and change the configuration to optimize performance of radio base station, nodes, and whole Mobile Radio Access Network
What you will do:
You will learn about E2E technical understanding about radio 4G and 5G technology
Execute configuration and troubleshooting of radio nodes in multicultural projects environment
Prepare system test, module test and accept test in different projects/countries
You will work to identify and drive improvements innovating and creating new way of working – creative is a must
Introduction of new radio products with a close collaboration with the design team
During the internship you will increase your competencies in:
Counters and KPI’s analysis
RAN optimization process
Trace understanding and activation
Parameters understanding
Main features knowledge

The skills you bring:
Preferably last year studies in Engineering (IT, Telecom)
Basic knowledge of LTE and NR technologies
Programming skills (Python, Java etc.) at the minimum basic level
Analytical learning and researching skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Spoken and written Polish and English
Additional Requirements:
Basic experience in RAN signaling, radio KPI/traces analysis or running Drive Test
Knowledge of TCP/IP Networks
Knowledge of Unix, Linux (command line)
