We are building a NEW SUPER SQUADRA for our new opening CIRCOLO POPOLARE in MANCHESTER. We are looking for a superstar ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER on our team - are you up for the challenge?
- Highly competitive salary up to £17.
- Full time role (45h/week) ~2 consecutive days off per week, 2 double and 3 single shifts
- ~28 days of holiday per year

Team management: in coordination with the Bar Manager, communicate and delegate duties, coach and support the team during the service, ensure that briefings and handovers are carried out for each shift. Support recruitment and assure a complete induction of new team members. Lead training programs and ensure a development plan for each team member.
Guest Service: ensure the correct standards and methods are maintained by all the team members, monitor feedbacks, agree and implement actions to continuously improve guest experience and satisfaction.
Menu Change: assist the Bar Manager on the changing menu process (drink cost, cocktails menu creations, team training).
Health & Safety: be aware of the legal requirements and ensure the respect of the H&S procedures from every team member.
Stock orders and inventory: participate to the monthly inventory, in line with the F&B standards.
Boundless passion for pasta, aperol spritz, pizza, tiramisu e tutti i buoni prodotti! Previous experience as Assistant Bar Manager, Head Bartender. English advanced, Italian would be a plus.
